Who we are
ELP Holding Limited is a Hong Kong-registered company (BR No. 80971619-000-08-26-1) providing business-to-business corporate gifting services. We work with companies that need to send gifts to large numbers of recipients — their own customers or their own staff — for occasions such as holidays, anniversaries, incentive programs, and onboarding, without spending internal time managing sourcing, branding, and logistics themselves.
What we do
Our clients are businesses, not individual gift-buyers. A client engages us with a gifting objective — a headcount or customer list, a budget, an occasion — and we run the program end to end:
- Sourcing — we select and procure the physical products or prepaid gift value that make up the gift, matched to the client's budget and occasion.
- Branding & packaging — the client's logo and identity are applied to the packaging and presentation, so the gift arrives as an extension of their brand, not ours.
- Delivery & confirmation — we coordinate delivery to every recipient on the list and confirm that each gift arrived, reporting back to the client rather than leaving fulfillment as an unknown.
Because the end recipients did not place an order themselves, we design every step — sourcing, packaging, delivery — around a single paying client relationship, not a public storefront. This is reflected in our refund, shipping, and cancellation policies, which are written for that B2B relationship.
